近日，【世界文化艺术联合总会】创会全球总顾问兼【三变数】国际始创人陳光億宗师正式为《伯兰》国委任为建国文化与艺术部长

Grandmaster Jason Tan, Founder & Chief Councillor (Global) of “Federation of World Cultural & Arts Society (Singapore) ”and Founder of “Three Variables International”, is officially appointed as the Minister of The Culture and Arts of the State of Birland.

各囯主席、教授、院长、老师及朋友们大家好：

2021年6月5日早上，收到来自伯兰国这殊荣的文化艺术部长之任命书，可谓任重道远，本人感到极为荣耀，非常感恩伯兰国王陛下埃米尔•海亚威博士及总理伊登•索里亚诺•特立尼达教授之厚爱，余将尽其所能不负诸位所托，在此也感谢所有人的热烈祝贺，祝大家身体安康，吉祥如意，让全球文化艺术永放光华!

On the 5th of Jun in the year 2021, I have received the decree of the appointment as the Minister of The Culture and Arts of the State of Birland. I am truly honoured and humbled to be appointed. I am deeply grateful and will give my very best to uphold this appointment given to me.
